There aren't very many console RTS games that really catch my attention like Halo Wars did back in March 2009. The biggest drawback about console RTS games is lack of an intuitive control schemes that feel like second nature. When Halo Wars was released, Ensemble Studios (now know as Robot Entertainment) really showed that RTS really has a future on consoles. The developers behind Supreme Commander 2 seemed to have taken Robot's control interface and put to good use. Supreme Commander 2 on 360 looks promising and I will definitely keep an eye out for more updates.
